INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 16-16) dropped a 4-3 decision to Louisville (Reds). LHP Cam Alldred (6.92) started and went five innings, allowed two runs (one unearned) on four hits, including a home run, didn’t walk a batter and struck out five. RHP Ryder Ryan (4.50) gave up one unearned run on two hits and walked one in two relief innings. RHP Carmen Mlodzinski (0-1, 6.75) gave up a game-winning RBI double in the bottom of the eighth and struck out two while taking the loss. In the top of the fourth, DH Jake Lamb (.388) roped an RBI double and SS Liover Peguero (.304) hit a sacrifice fly. C Henry Davis (.167) brought in a run on a hit by pitch with the bases loaded in the fifth. Peguero also hit a single later in the game and Davis walked and struck out twice. CF Ji Hwan Bae (.359) went 2 for 4 with a walk and a pair of base hits. 2B Nick Gonzales (.358) was 0 for 2 with a strikeout and three walks.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 7-22) blanked Somerset (Yankees), 3-0. Starter RHP Braxton Ashcraft (1-2, 5.33) gave up two hits, walked a pair and struck out five in five shutout innings to earn the win. LHP Dominic Perachi (4.91) struck out four, walked two and allowed one hit in four innings for his first save of the season. The Curve scored in the bottom of the third as 2B Francisco Acuna (.400) laid down a bunt and LF Tres Gonzalez (.213) scored form third on an errant throw by Somerset RHP Trystan Vrieling. Gonzalez then hit a two-run single in the bottom of the fourth to extend Altoona’s lead. CF Jase Bowen (.202) and 1B Jackson Glenn (.205) each went 2 for 4 with a double and a single. C Eli Wilson (.333) was 1 for 3 with a single.

BRADENTON (Low-A, 11-18) walked off St. Lucie (Mets), 3-2. 2B Jeral Toledo (.185) hit a single in the bottom of the ninth, scoring 3B Javier Rivas (.118), who walked earlier in the inning and moved to second on a wild pitch. Keiner Delgado (.125) opened the scoring for the Marauders in the bottom of the fifth with his first home run of the year, a solo shot. 1B Omar Alfonzo (.232), who singled earlier in the game, smacked an RBI single in the bottom of the eighth to break a 2-2 tie. LF Eddy Rodriguez (.382) was 2 for 4 with a pair of singles. RHP Antwone Kelly (6.00) gave up two runs four hits, including a solo home run, walked one and struck out six in five innings. RHP Peyton Stumbo (2.20) struck out three, walked one and gave up a hit in two shutout innings. LHP Magdiel Cotto (3-2, 2.50) gave up one hit and fanned one in two scoreless innings for the win.
