NEV's are required to meet the safety standards set forth by Pennsylvania, they must be registered and have a license plate and you must have a valid driver's license to operate. NEV's are 100% legal to operate on residential roads, up to 25 MPH. You can drive any distance from your primary residence and can also operate at night. officially be open for business? A. We are currently scheduling pre-order appointments with potential customers and anticipate the first order of carts to be delivered in mid March. Q. How fast do they go? Q. What do these things cost? A. Great question, they range anywhere from $9,000, for a road-ready 2 seater, up to the mid-teens for a really well appointed 6 passenger and we will offer financing for qualified buyers. Obviously, there are lots of factors like the weight of the passengers, speed, flat or incline etc, but a good rule of thumb, is that you can travel roughly 30 miles on a full charge. The good news is, they charge on a simple 110 outlet, so we recommend charging your cart every night - that should give you plenty of juice to do whatever you need the next day. If you buy from another dealer, whether new or used, you won't have local support, if your cart needs serviced.
