Cornerstone Care is a non-profit network of Federally Qualified Community Health Centers (FQHC) and practices serving communities throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania, and Northern West Virginia. Our mission is to improve the health of our patients and all the residents of the communities we serve. Cornerstone Care is a FTCA Deemed facility. We reach out to low income, uninsured and other under-served populations to ensure access to health care for all people, regardless of ability to pay, personal characteristics, and barriers they face.
