Since the organization's inception in 2001, over $900,000 has been raised. All of the funds stay in Pennsylvania, with a majority of the funds remaining in Westmoreland County. HAS: Donated S733,000 to The Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition for research grants, raising a majority of the funds through the annual Breast Cancer Walk. Awarded S39,000 in Pink Ribbon Scholarships to Westmoreland County high school seniors whose lives have been touched by breast cancer. Hosted over 290 breast cancer patients and survivors at Spa Serenity Day, a day of inspiration, education, relaxation, and friendship. Instituted the Otober campaign, Westmoreland County: Get Your Pink Onl, promoting breast cancer awareness. Established the Westmoreland Walks Pink Angel Fund, which financially aids breast cancer patients, survivors, and their families. We look forward to another great year in 2020.
