AUDIT MANAGER The Internal Audit Department of AmeriServ Financial, Inc. has an excellent opportunity for an Audit Manager. This position will be based in Johnstown, PA and will be responsible to assist the Chief Auditor in managing the day-to-day operations of the department and, among other duties, will include staff and engagement oversight, Audit Committee reporting, and development/revision of risk-based audit programs. Applicants should possess a bachelor's in accounting or other business-related discipline with demonstrated accounting expertise, professional certification, and minimums of five years of financial institution audit experience and one year of supervisory experience. Strong communication skills, IT knowledge, and ability to interact with all levels of management (very important).
