PennState Director of Enrollment Management (DEM) Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus invites applications for a Director of Enrolment Management. This position will be charged with envisioning and executing on enrollment strategies that encompass first year traditional, transfer, and non-traditional adult learners. The Director provides vision, leadership, and direction of the college's enrollment management units-including admissions, student aid, and strategic communications. This position will be a key member of the campus leadership team, working closely with the Chancellor and Chief Academic Officer to advance recruiting efforts. The Director will: Develop, analyze, and manage the budget for areas of responsibility and oversee staff, including hiring, evaluating, and training. Directly participate in recruiting efforts and is expected to be available on evenings and weekends as needed. Be responsible for developing, assessing, and responding to enrollment data and trends to address changing and emerging student markets. Be responsible for developing annual and long-term recruitment goals based on the college's vision and strategic plan. A key emphasis for the role is overseeing the enrollment of a more diverse, inclusive student body in a challenging recruitment environment. Other responsibilities will include: Monitoring, tracking and reporting on admissions and enrollment statistics. Coordinating with other University departments to provide needed services as well as presenting information in a variety of forums. Overseeing the implementation of events and projects related to the enrollment management functions of Penn State Fayette and also those of the broader University. As Director of Enrollment Management in the digital age, the individual in this position will be charged with finding innovative ways to expand recruitment and enhance retention, including, but not limited to, the use of customer relationship management systems, communications technologies, and social media. In overseeing financial aid operations, the Director will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable University policies/procedures and state and federal laws (e.g., the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and Title M), and represent the College on various campus and University wide committees.
