Penn Hills Parks are intended to be a benefit to the community, providing recreational facilities for family gatherings and special events in a wholesome friendly environment that supports fun and family values in a natural park environment. The municipality of Penn Hills encourages residents to rejuvenate their minds and bodies by participating in healthy leisure activities, while upholding our standards of integrity that will make all residents proud to call Penn Hills home. The Parks and Recreation office will be open from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
