EPA PUBLIC NOTICE EPA REVIEWS CLE ANUP RESIN DISPOSAL SUPERFUND SITE The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is reviewing the cleanup that was conducted at the Resin Disposal Superfund Site located in Jefferson Borough, Pennsylvania. EPA inspects sites regularly to ensure that cleanups conducted continue to protect public health and the environment. EPA's 2015 review of the site concluded that the remedy was not protective of human health and the environment in the short or long-term. Findings from the current review will be available in December 2020.
