Five years ago, Chef Domenico Germano followed his heart to Pittsburgh from a small town in Puglia called Castellaneta. Italians have a reputation for being passionate about food and Chef Germano is no exception. One disappointing thing about leaving Italy was that he couldn't find the authentic homemade pasta dishes that he grew up loving and then eventually perfecting. He vowed to bring his passion for the authentic food of his culture to the people of Pittsburgh. He has curated the best most authentic ingredients and makes the pasta and the sauce fresh every day so that you can have an experience like he had eating at his nonna's table.
