About

The owners of Gali’s Gyro and Grill, Dimitris and Ellie Georgalis are originally from Crete, Greece and they moved to Pittsburgh with their daughter and son in 1999. They opened Gali’s Gyro and Grill in 2005 in order to give Pittsburgh a little taste of Greece. They have been in the business since 1975 with experience in the food, pastry, and ice cream industry. Gali’s Gyro and Grill is located on Route 51 in Pleasant Hills, PA and is open 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday from 11am to 9pm (kitchen closes at 8:30pm). Come join us and enjoy a variety of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, as well as American. Our menu includes starters such as the Greek platter, spanakopita, hummus, tzatziki, and grape leaves. Our most popular items of course are the gyros. We make lamb, chicken, steak, and souvlaki gyros! Our variety of salads include gyro, Greek and chicken salads. We also have the choice of hoagies, pizza, and wings. Our entrees include our famous Lamp Chops, chicken and gyro platters. Take a look at the full menu on our website!
