In collaboration with these local fitness enthusiasts is beneficiary, Clear Thoughts Foundation (CTF), aiming to raise the necessary funds to support the continuation of their breakthrough dementia research in Pittsburgh. What will participants experience? This Memorial Day bootcamp will be held in Pittsburgh, PA at the beautiful Strip District Terminal starting at 10:00am on Monday, May 27, 2024. Led by expert trainers from both SHAPE Training and SweatNET, this bootcamp is tailored to suit all fitness levels, ranging from seasoned athletes to beginners and even children! Bring the whole family and experience a high demand, high reward 60-min bootcamp styled class that offers something for everyone. Following the bootcamp portion, participants will then be led through a 15-min yoga cool down.
