Welcome to WESTARM Physical Therapy. We offer a variety of services that will help restore you to your highest functional level including physical therapy, occupational / hand therapy, aquatic therapy, speech therapy and home health care. The primary concern of our clinical staff is to rehabilitate you to your maximum potential, while displaying respect and the utmost professional care. Our therapists have received extensive training that qualifies them to work with all age groups from pediatrics through geriatrics.
Our company was founded in 1983 by Abraham Jacob, PT, as a Medicare certified rehabilitation agency. At that time, our original outpatient office was opened on Longfellow Street in Vandergrift, PA and relocated in 1985 to Weinels Crossroads in neighboring Allegheny Township due to the successful growth and the need for additional space.
In order to meet the growing demand for homebound patients, WESTARM Homecare was started in 2010. This development allows our licensed therapists to visit patients in their homes after a hospital admission or recovering from surgery. Our homecare staff can progress and easily transition patients from their homes into our local outpatient facilities when they are ready.
Since inception, we have been dedicated to providing superior quality care in a time efficient manner to restore our patients to their highest functional level. Our courteous and knowledgeable staff strives for complete customer satisfaction.
