It's about just having good conversation, at, as they said on the T.V. show Cheers, "a place where everybody knows your name." In addition, in July, the Congregate Meal Plan, which is administered through Allegheny County has changed, making a "Wonderful new menu," to quote Phyllis Paciulli, the Director of the Senior Service Center. All you have to do is make a phone call - it's like an RSVP - so that the staff can plan.
