It was a knot-for-profit.. Spring is here and it is time for fun in the park! We have many parks, including a skate park and a dog park, pavilions, fields and neighborhood playgrounds. Municipal parks open on April 8th. PICNIC PAVILIONS All picnic pavilions in Penn Hills Park, Universal Park, Duff Park and Turner-Friendship Park have electric. Restrooms are open only when the picnic pavilions are rented. SOFTBALL FIELDS Softball fields are available by permit at Penn Hills and Universal Parks. Time slots are available from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. at the lighted fields and 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the unlit fields. COMMUNITY PARKS Duff Park and Skate Park. Milltown Park....
